The Council’s Business Plan 2017/21 brings together financial information in the form of the council’s budget and the Medium Term Financial Strategy, along with the service planning of all of the council’s operational services over the next four years. Although it is a four year plan, it is refreshed every year to ensure we are on target and to take account of changing needs and priorities.

Performance Monitoring
The Council is committed to delivering customer focused services. To achieve this it is essential that we measure our performance. The Business Planning team create a monthly performance dashboard outlining progress on the performance indicators detailed in the Business Plan.
